YES! We only sell genuine brand plushies, so no knock-offs here!
We are UK based and dispatch Mon-Fri, typically Royal Mail 1st class, although some larger items are sent 2nd class signed for. Orders placed by 6pm are usually packed and dispatched the next working day.
International orders are sent with trackable shipping via Royal Mail. Delivery dates will vary depending on your country and customs processes. Additional customs charges may be added by your country.
Yes! We wrap all our plushies whether they're gifts or not. So even if they're 'just' for you, they'll arrived wrapped (adding even more joy!)
